Anyone can pay to licence a project. This can be done by the organisation directly implementing the project in the field; by a facilitating agency; a donor or a research institution. It is important to understand that many projects can be covered by a single entity, even in different countries and in different organisations. Once the costs have been paid, the implementing organisation will have access to all the identified projects' data entry screens and reports.

There are two levels of access:
1.Active. This gives the user full access to all its licenced projects on the system and the data entry screens and access is based on the costs listed in the table below
2.Dormant. This gives the user full access to the data in any project and to the reports,but does not allow for the entry of new data. The fee for this is $0.25 per group per year. It is a low-cost way of allowing your project data to be accessible and to be analysed, after it has come to an end, preserving the historical record.

If a user comes to the end of a project and decides not to continue paying fees to retain access to Active and Dormant status, it is removed after a period of 6 months, but can be restored on renewal of payment.

Kalority Ventures will follow up to confirm details. VSL Associates will then issue an invoice. Once payment is made, the designated projects will be accessible to all authorized users.

Yes! You can set up an MIS and enter data for up to 50 groups at no cost. After that, fees apply according to the group-based tier system. Payment is made annually in advance.
